Your Satisfaction is our only goal and we back that up with our no questions asked return policy. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the products within 30 days for a full refund less the shipping. Just pay for the return shipping. This applies to brand new, unused products only and it must be returned in the original packaging. The package will be inspected for use/damage upon return. If the product has been used it is non-returnable – No exceptions!

After 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

After 60 days, all sales are considered final.

If any changes need to be made to your order after your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to handle all return shipping costs and any further costs associated with that change. 

Most items are shipped within 48-72 hours of order date, however when we are busy there is a typical processing time of 3-5 business days. We use ground service unless different instructions are provided by customer. Some items may be back-ordered, in which case customer will be notified.

If part of your order is on backorder, we wait to ship in full. If you request to ship your order partially, you will be required to pay for the separate shipping cost.

We offer signature and insurance on deliveries. These are available upon checkout. If you decline to purchase either of these optional services, and your package is stolen or lost after the courier has delivered it, we are not responsible or liable for the replacement of your products.

If you are returning/exchanging a product, we require the product(s) to be returned to us BEFORE we issue an exchange/credit/refund – no exceptions!

Any orders that the customer requests to cancel containing any Life/Form or Simulaids products that are ordered in from the USA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The Defibtech Lifeline AED comes with a 5 year warranty. Should your unit require servicing at any time, a loaner unit will be provided at no charge if repairs can not be handled within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
